You have 30 days from the date of delivery to inform us that you would like to return your order and post it. (it needs to be postmarked within these 30 days).
We suggest that you use a registered postal service for your return as Ezooti does not take responsibility for items that go missing on their way back to us.
Items must be returned to our returns center – please contact our support team at email@example.com for the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We can only accept returns if the product is unused and in the original condition and packaging.
If returned goods are damaged we will not be able to issue a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If you have received a flawed product please email images to us documenting the flaw to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any returns costs will be at your own expense.
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at email@example.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate further.
